Directions to Use

Surface PreparationEnsure surface is thoroughly clean and free from grease, fungi, algae, loose paint flakes and other surface contaminants by rubbing with stiff wire brush or abrasive paper followed by water jet cleaning or wiping off with damp cloth. Putty all dents and holes and seal cracks with appropriate crack sealants. |

PrimingApply one coat of Tec Exterior Special Primer by thinning with required volume of clean water. For dents and holes use Tec wall care putty. |

ApplicationApply 2 coats of Tec Ultra shield sun protect. 3 coats may be required in case of darker shades. |
Tec Ultra Sheild Pro
Excellent Water Resistance !
Tec Ultra shield Pro is a high quality pure Acrylic Exterior Emulsion for dry to moderately humid climatic conditions. Its Advance pro technology based formula ensures that the product has excellent resistance to peeling, chalking and weathering on prolonged exposure. It has strong anti-algal/fungal compounds, which provide protection against fungus and algae growth. In addition, its special formulation delivers higher coverage or spreading rate compared to other ordinary emulsions.

Tec Ultra shield Plus is a high quality pure Acrylic Exterior Emulsion for dry to moderately humid climatic conditions. Its Advance crack filling technology allows the paint film to stretch 2x* more to bridge hairline cracks and prevents water ingress on the exterior surface. Hence preventing dampness not only in exteriors, but also the interiors of the house also ensures that the product has excellent resistance to peeling, chalking and weathering on prolonged exposure. It has strong anti-algal/fungal compounds, which provide protection against fungus and algae growth. In addition, its special formulation delivers higher coverage or spreading rate compared to other ordinary emulsions with sun protect technology by keeping painted surface 5 degree cooler.
